HELIOS Pasta Industry participated successfully in the SIAL 2024 International Food and Beverage Exhibition, held in Paris from October 19 to 22, showcasing its extensive range of products known for their quality, taste, and innovation.

During the exhibition, international attendees showed great interest in HELIOS Pasta’s three organic, gluten-free pasta varieties designed for those seeking a gluten-free diet:

The " HELIOS Greek Coffee Pasta Flutes" combine the flavor of Greek coffee with sustainable zero-food-waste practices, as even the pasta’s boiling water can be repurposed in cooking. The " whole wheat macaroni with Carob & Dittany of Crete " highlights two Cretan treasures with significant nutritional benefits. Moreover, through HELIOS’s collaboration with the Kozani Saffron Cooperative, two more innovative products were created: the "Trahanas with Kozani Saffron PDO and Yogurt" and "Tagliatelle with Kozani Saffron PDO", combining traditional flavors with the unique aroma of saffron.

With a commitment to making HELIOS products accessible to all, the company has incorporated Braille into the packaging of these products, ensuring equal access for individuals with visual impairments to essential product information.

Notably, in the context of the SIAL Innovation competition, one of the most prestigious food and beverage innovation contests, HELIOS received the SIAL SELECTION distinction for its "HELIOS Greek Coffee Pasta Flute" and " whole wheat macaroni with Carob & Dittany of Crete " reaffirming its innovative offerings for modern consumers.
