Greek Coffee Pasta Flutes Yogurt Salad
Ingredients:
1 packet (400 gr ) Greek mac
200 gr Yogurt
40gr broth (boiling water) of Greek mac
1 Avocado chopped
1 lime zest & juice
1/2 Green apple cut in slices
100 gr pomegranate seeds
70 gr Walnuts small pieces
1/2 Fennel (100gr) cut in smal thin slices
3 tbsp virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
Method:
Boil the Greek Mac for 6-7’ into plenty boiling water.
Drain, oil and season them.
Keep the broth.
Blend the yogurt with the lime juice ,the scarping, the broth that you kept,the olive oil and season.
Mix well all the ingredients and serve.
Greek mac with anthotyro (fresh/ flowery) cheese and plum tomatoes
Ingredients:
1 packet (400gr)Greek mac
170 gr anthotyro cheese
14 p plum tomatoes cut in four
60gr Pine nuts
40ml broth of L Greek Mac
4-5 brunches of Fresh basil
40 ml Virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Method:
Boil the Greek Mac for 6-7’ into plenty boiling water.
Golden brown the pine nuts into a hot pan , add the olive oil, the plum tomatoes and the basil.
Rinse the balsamic vinegar and add the boiled pasta, the broth of them and finish with anthotyro cheese .
Mix well ,season and serve.
Greek mac Pudding
Ingredients:
500ml broth (boing water)of Greek mac
1/2 packet (200gr)Greek mac
250 gr Grape molasses/honey
1/2 tspn Cardamom powder or Orange jest optional
For garnish
Cinnamon powder
Sesame seeds , nuts or pomegranate seeds
Method:
Boil the Greek Mac for 6-7’ into plenty boiling water. Drain and keep the water of that .
Blend well into a food processor the boiled pasta, the broth that you kept ,the mollasse and the candamon or the orange zest (optional) until you have a smooth cream .Check the sweetness and if you like add more grape molasses or honey.
Serve the pudding into small bowls and top with cinnamon, nuts , and sesames seeds or pomegranate seed as you like.
Greek mac with chicken & gravy sauce

Ingredients:
1packet (400gr) Greek mac
1p double Chicken breast
600ml broth (boiling water) of Greek mac
200 ml Sweet Greek white wine (Robola /Samos)
60 gr flour
2 p lemons juice & zest
2 branches fresh lemon thyme chopped
2 branches fresh marjoram chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper

For topping
Grated San Michali cheese from Syros island (optional)
Method:
Boil the Greek Mac into plenty boiling water for 6-7’.
Meanwhile season the chicken and sauté into a pan.
Add the herbs and rinse the sweet wine.
Add the broth of the boiled pasta, bring to the boil and stir well until the sauce thick.
Cut the chicken into thin slices, add the boiled pasta and the lemon juice and the scrapping.
Season and serve.

Ingredients:
60 ml broth(boiling water) of Greek Mac
8 pieces Greek Mac boiled
15 ml Mastic spirit /1 tear
15 ml soumada (Greek orgeat syrup )
20 ml Soda
Ice cubes
Garnish with orange peel
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a blender for 2-3’ and then sieve into a glass with ice.
Garnish with an orange peel.
