Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

• HELIOS Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix
• 400 ml water
• 20 ml olive oil
• 10 g yeast
• 1 g (fine) salt

Method:​

In a large bowl, combine the HELIOS Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix, yeast, and salt.

Gradually add the water and mix well until a firm dough forms.
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest until it doubles in size — this will take about 1–2 hours.
Once the dough has risen, knead it again briefly and divide it into small portions.

Allow the dough rest for approximately 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (conventional setting) and position the rack in the middle.

Roll out the dough into a thin pizza base on a sheet of parchment paper.
Let the shaped dough rest for approximately 30 minutes.
Bake the dough for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the dough to cool and add the toppings of your choice.
Return to the oven and bake until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked through, typically 10–15 minutes.
