Ingredients:

• HELIOS Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix
• 400 ml water
• 20 ml olive oil
• 10 g yeast
• 1 g (fine) salt
Method:​

In a large bowl, combine the HELIOS gluten free all purpose baking mix, yeast, and salt.
Gradually add the water and mix well until a firm dough forms.
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest until it doubles in size — this will take about 1–2 hours.
Once the dough has risen, knead it again briefly and divide it into small portions.
Shape the dough portions into small rolls.
Let them rest for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
Brush the rolls with olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes.
