Organic Gluten Free Pasta from Legumes, Vegetables and Cereals

The new gluten free pasta from legumes, vegetables, and cereals are intented for those who follow a healthy and balanced gluten-free diet.

Low in saturated fat, digestible and a good source of energy, they are suitable for those who follow a strictly vegetarian diet. HELIOS Organic Striftaria from Red Lentil & Beetroot and HELIOS Organic Rigatoni from Yellow Lentil & Pumpkin contain selected legumes, making them rich in protein and fiber, which contribute to their nutritional value. The vegetables and grains in the HELIOS Organic Penne Rigate from Brown Rice and Cauliflower have been carefully selected, making the product rich in trace elements and a source of fiber.

 

Organic, Gluten Free CousCous

HELIOS organic Instant CousCous is ready in just a few minutes for you to test your creativity in a variety or recipes.

 

Quick and easy to cook, it is ideal for both hot and cold dishes, traditional or ethnic recipes, salads and desserts. Healthy, easy to digest and pleasant tasting, HELIOS organic CousCous is gluten free, high in fiber and low in fat. Ideal for anyone suffering from celiac disease, or with an allergy to gluten and its derivatives! 

Its’  preparation is proposed  in the following 4 ways:

  • Easy: place an equal amount of couscous and hot water in a pan; stir, wait for about 5 minutes for the couscous to absorb the   water, stir vigorously to fluffy and serve

  • Modern in the microwave: place an equal amount of couscous and water in a pan and heat it for 3 minutes in defrosting mode or at a power of 240  W. Remove  from oven, leave for 3 minutes in pan, stir vigorously to fluffy and serve

  • Easy and low energy consumption: place an equal amount of couscous and cold water in a pan; stir, wait for about 20 minutes for the couscous to absorb the   water, stir vigorously to fluffy and serve

  • Traditional steamed: cook the meat or vegetables of your choice as the basis of a couscous and steam the couscous for 40-45 minutes according to your favorite recipe
